We loved everything ❤️ amazing rooms, great room service (saved us from a giant spider 😂) the vibes were just amazing. Tasty breakfast, great workout classes and other activities. We had such a lovely experience staying there. The private beach was a bit rocky, but basically no one else went for swims. So me and my husband had the best time splashing in waves. Felt like our own beach 😼

Beach jungle vibe, amazing atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed instantly. The everyday activities were a plus that I really enjoyed, yoga, soundhealing, breath work and Mezcal tasting, all the professionals well qualified . The room had always a peaceful scent . The breakfast was delicious with the Milpa eggs being my favorite. The staff for the restaurant and the pool bar was always professional, welcoming and friendly.

The hotel was magical and such a nice vibe. The pool and beach area was really nice. You get immediately relax when stepping into the property, the restaurant and beach bar are very cozy.

Clearly one of the top hotels in Tulum and one of my favorites. The location is great, rooms are very meticulously designed to make you feel like you’re glamping in the middle of the Yucatan jungle. Food is amazing, the restaurant serves all meals and the bar has the best crafted cocktails. The beach is not the best but you can still get a good swim in the sea. This is a perfect place to relax, decompress, have good meals and regenerate your energy. I would like to go back here and experience more, next time a beach front room. But the jungle rooms are still amazing. Greta experience with an amazing staff. So friendly and accommodating

I’ve been coming to Tulum for last 6 years and this is one of the original hotels that still carries the essence of Tulum before the commercialization of this town. Food at their restaurant Moro is fantastic and the staff is excellent. Big shout out to Alexis (Alex) who was our amazing server. This is luxury glamping at its finest but if you’ve never experienced such accommodations or not open minded to new experiences, opt for something else. The pool view is beautiful and they have daily complimentary workshops/activities which is nice touch.

Staff was amazing! Special thanks to Julio especially for truly ensuring I had a great stay. Very attentive, generous with his time and offered a ton of assistance and intel. Above and beyond:). The spa - so amazing and was impressed by the offerings/pricing. I went for treatments on two days - rare for me! Tiffany, Yesenia - INCREDIBLE! The activities provided were a perfect balance. Loved the sound healing and gentle yoga. The bar and restaurant - Orlando was the BEST! And all of the guys there did an amazing job looking after me. Enjoyed the peace and relaxation at the gorgeous pool. Never a struggle securing a perfect spot. Music was also inline with the stay at any hour. My jungle room was perfectly situated (thank you Julio). front desk, valet team...everyone flawless and knew me by name/room # quick. Felt well taken care of throughout and cannot wait to return. You can tell there is so much great care and pride taken in everything that they all do.

The atmosphere is very relaxing with a beautiful jungle beach vibe. The staff for the most part were very friendly and greeted you at all interactions. Food and drinks were good with variety.

Breakfast was great, looked forward to it every morning. The staff was amazing. Room was awesome. Views and amenities were fantastic. I was looking for a relaxing place to stay and this was definitely it.

The pool room was really comfortable. We originally booked two nights and decided to extend by another two nights, and we got to experience a jungle room. The staff was very kind and attentive. Also the FOOD was super fantastic. Although the stretch of beach is small, we spent a considerable amount of time lounging. The pool is really fantastic. So hard to leave.
